Personal Property

Businesses are required to report their personal property annually. The Assessor’s Office sends forms around January 1 each year. Completed forms are due in the Assessor’s Office on February 20th. Personal property is taxed in the same manner as real property.

Forms may also be downloaded from the State of Michigan’s website.
