Passport Applications

Cascade Township is pleased to announce that it now accepts passports on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. U.S. citizens planning international travel may apply for their passports Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Cascade Township Office located at 2865 Thornhills S.E.

The following information needed to obtain a passport:

Proof of U.S. citizenship - Certified birth certificate
Current photo ID - Driver's license/passport
2 passport photographs
Appropriate fees - Paid with two checks

Both parents must apply in person with minor children under 14 years of age.
