Members Present: Julien, Roeder, Robinson, Vredevoogd

A presentation on developing a mission statement was given by Susan
Roeder.
The 5 "I's" of developing a mission statement are: identification,
information, interest, involvement, and investment.
Goals should reflect major components of mission achievement.
Objectives are the specific steps by which each goal
is achieved.
Susan opened the meeting by suggesting everyone brainstorm and
write down thoughts about the mission statement.
The final result of the brainstorming session was a proposed
statement. It was agreed that short and to the point
will be best.
