CASCADE CHARTER TOWNSHIP GOAL SETTING BOARD MEETING

Tuesday, January 18, 2005

5:15 PM

Article 1. Supervisor Julien called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.
Present: Trustee Parrish, Clerk Goodyke, Supervisor Julien, Treasurer Carpenter, Trustee Koessel, and Trustee Beahan.
Absent: Trustee Currier (entered meeting at 7:10 p.m.)
Others Present: Manager Cravens

Article 2. Supervisor Julien led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag

Article 3. Clerk Goodyke presented a Resolution of Governing Body required for the Raymond James Group to set up an account to receive gifts of stock given to the Citizens of the Library. Motion by Trustee Parrish and supported by Trustee Beahan to approve the Resolution. Motion carried unanimously.

Article 4. New Business
The goals presented by Board Members were discussed and a final list was made after some changes and some eliminations.
Manager Cravens will prepare the items that remain and the Board Members will vote to decide which will be the best to work on officially for 2005.
Trustee Parrish had to leave at 6:10 p.m. and Trustee Koessel had to leave at 7:00 p.m. to attend a Planning Commission Meeting. Trustee Currier arrived at 7:10 p.m.

Article 5. Adjournment

Meeting adjourned at 8:00p.m.
