Ordinance #6 of 1998

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #13 OF 1993, THE BRIARCLIFF ACRES SITE CONDOMINIUM PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

CASCADE CHARTER TOWNSHIP ORDAINS:

Section 1. Amendment to the Briarcliff Acres PUD Ordinance

The side yard area line between site condominium units number 1 and number 2 shall be amended as follows:

The south 20 feet of Briarcliff Acres Site Condominium Unit number 2 shall formally become part of Briarcliff Acres Site Condominium Unit 1 as depicted in the survey provided by Exxel Engineering revised 12/19/96 and which survey shall become a part of this Ordinance:

The reconfiguration of this yard area line does not allow the creation of any additional condominium units.

Section 2. Effective Date

These PUD Ordinance amendments shall become effective upon publication in The Grand Rapids Press, a newspaper of general circulation within Cascade Charter Township.

Section 3. Effect

The Cascade Charter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, and the remainder of Ordinance #13 of 1993, except as otherwise expressly amended herein, shall remain in full force and effect.

The foregoing Ordinance amendments were offered by Board Member Carpenter, supported by Board Member Kleinheksel. The roll call vote being as follows:

YEAS: Carpenter, Goodyke, Johnson, Kleinheksel, Timmons, Van Strien

NAYS: None

ABSENT: Julien

ORDINANCE DECLARED ADOPTED.
