AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #18 OF 1990,
BUTTRICK COUNTRY ESTATES SITE CONDOMINIUM PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT PROJECT.
CASCADE CHARTER TOWNSHIP ORDAINS:
Section 1. An Amendment to Buttrick Country Estates PUD Ordinance
Section VI(B) of the Ordinance shall be amended in its entirety to
read as follows:
B. Maximum Height – The maximum building or structure height
erected on the Premises shall not exceed thirty-five (35) feet or
two and one-half (2-1/2) stories, whichever is lesser.
The maximum height of accessory buildings or structures shall
not exceed twenty one (21) feet, measured from grade to mid-peak
of the building or structure.
Section 2. Effective Date
This PUD Ordinance amendment shall become effective upon
publication in the Grand Rapids Press, a newspaper of general
circulation within Cascade Charter Township.
Section 3. Effect
The Cascade Charter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, and the
remainder of Ordinance #18 of 1990, except as otherwise expressly
amended herein, shall remain in full force and effect.
The foregoing Ordinance amendment was offered by Board Member
Goodyke, supported by Board Member Kleinheksel. The roll call vote
being as follows:
YEAS: Goodyke, Carpenter, Julien, Kleinheksel, Parrish
NAYS:
ABSENT: Jones, Timmons
ORDINANCE DECLARED ADOPTED.
