CASCADE CHARTER TOWNSHIP
ORDINANCE 8 OF 1982
The board of the Charter Township of Cascade, of Kent County,
Michigan, ORDAINS:
That Ordinance No.1 of 1978, and amended as per Ordinance No. 3 of
1981, be amended
by rezoning the following described property located in Cascade
Township from Industrial zoning to PUD, Planned Unit Development.
Description of said property is as follows:
Part of the Northwest one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter of
Section 19, Town 6
North, Range 10 West, Cascade Township, Kent County, Michigan,
described as BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Section 19;
thence North 88 14'11" East
926.65 feet along the North section line; thence South 2 21'25"
East 661.85 feet; thence
South 88 14'11" West 921.89 feet; thence North 2 46'29" West
661.92 feet to the place
of beginning. SUBJECT TO a public right-of-way over the North 40.00
feet thereof (36th Street) and also subject to a public right-of-way
over the West 33.00 feet thereof
(Patterson Ave.).
This description describes 12.72 acres excluding right-of-ways.
The penalty for violation of the above Ordinance shall be the same
as those penalties set
forth in Chapter 19, Section 19.1, of the Cascade Charter Township
Zoning Ordinance
No. 1-1978, and as amended as per Ordinance No. 3-1981.
This Ordinance shall be published in a newspaper of general
circulation within the
Township of Cascade within 10 days following the adoption thereof.
This Ordinance shall take effect upon publication.
