AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 12 OF 1989, THE TAMMARRON NORTH
SITE CONDOMINIUM PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
CASCADE CHARTER TOWNSHIP ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendments to the Tammarron North PUD Ordinance
Delete Section IV, Sentence 1 of Ordinance #12 of 1989 as follows:
The Premises occupies 100.695 acres of land that is proposed to be
developed into a site condominium project containing twenty-seven (27)
building sites.
Add a new Section IV, Sentence 1 as follows:
The Premises occupies 100.695 acres of land that is proposed to be
developed into a site condominium project containing twenty-eight (28)
building sites.
Delete Section VI, (A) of Ordinance #12 of 1989 as follows:
The maximum number of single-family detached site condominiums
within the Premises shall be limited to twenty-seven (27) units.
Add a new Section VI, (A) as follows:
A. The maximum number of single-family detached site condominiums
within the Premises shall be limited to twenty-eight (28) units.
Add a new Section VI (A) (1) as follows:
1. Unit #21 may be divided to provide a total of three (3) building
sites as depicted on the site plan dated November 8, 1993. The three
sites will contain the following acreage:
Unit 21 (amended) 1.686 Acres
New Unit 27 3.392 Acres
New Unit 28 4.420 Acres
Delete Section IX, (A) of Ordinance #12 of 1989 as follows:
A. The Developer shall abide by the following restrictions in
regards to Ballybunion Court, an existing private Road:
Add a new Section IX, (a) as follows:
A. The Developer shall abide by the following restrictions in
regards to Ballybunion Court, an existing private Road, and the
proposed Scranton Court:
Section 2. Effective Date
This Ordinance shall become effective upon publication in the Grand
Rapids Press, a newspaper of general circulation within Cascade
Charter Township.
Section 3. Effect.
The Cascade Charter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, and
Ordinance #12 of 1989, except as otherwise expressly amended herein,
shall remain in full force and effect.
The foregoing Ordinance amendments were offered by Board Member
Carpenter, supported by Board Member Johnson. The roll call vote being
as follows:
YEAS: Carpenter, Hansen, Henning, Johnson, Julien
NAYS: None
ABSENT: Boonenberg, Van Strien
ABSTAIN: None
ORDINANCE DECLARED ADOPTED.
