Park Fee Schedule

Cascade Charter Township

Resolution 36 of 2002

Whereas, on July 24, 2002, the Cascade Charter Township Board adopted Ordinance No.13 and No.14, establishing an Ordinance for the Cascade Charter Township Park and the Leslie E Tassell Park;

Whereas, Section I.C of said ordinances provides that Cascade Charter Township may adopt fees for the administration of the Parks in order to allow certain events and/or activities at both parks;

Whereas, the Cascade Charter Township Board now desires to adopt such a fee schedule for both parks.

It Is Therefore Resolved As Follows:

Ballfield - Single Field (as is condition)	$25.00 – Part Day
Ballfield - Single Field (as is condition)	$35.00 – All Day
Volleyball Court	$10.00 – Part Day
Tennis Courts	$10.00 – Part Day

Price quoted is for one time period: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm OR 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

*Groups over 200 persons will be required to pay a $100.00 damage deposit and pay the Township for three portable toilets for up to 300 people (plus an additional portable toilet for every additional 100 people). The Township will rent the portable toilets in order to ensure timely delivery, pick-up and maintenance. All fees are payable before a reservation can be confirmed.

Groups over 500 persons will be required to pay $100 for extra garbage pick up, payable with the fee before the reservation can be confirmed.

Fees for portable toilets are as follows:

*Price includes two (2) standard and one (1) handicapped accessible
**Every third portable toilet shall be handicapped accessible

Park Area Resident Non-Resident   Cascade Twp Park Gazebo (accommodates 25 people) $15.00 $25.00     Leslie E. Tassell Park Wisner Pavilion/Terrace (accommodates 50 people) $50.00 $100.00

NOTE: Refunds will be made if notice is received 30 days prior to the event. No refunds will be made for weather conditions.

Any and all additional expenses, including time, involving clean up of the pavilion and surrounding areas, due to the careless disposal of garbage and waste material, or the lack of any clean up by the group renting the facility, will be billed to the responsible parties.

The foregoing Resolution was offered by Board Member Kleinheksel, supported by Board Member Parrish. The roll call vote being as follows:

YEAS: Goodyke, Jones, Julien, Kleinheksel, Parrish

NAYS: None

ABSENT: Carpenter, Timmons

RESOLUTION DECLARED ADOPTED.
