Location: The bridge over the Thornapple River on Burton St
Estimated Completion: Fall 2025
Funding Source: $3.5 million appropriation of state funding
Construction of the pedestrian bridge over I-96 remains on track for fall 2025. Based on engineering work to date, the $3.5 million appropriation of state funding will cover the entire project with no cost to Cascade residents.
