All building permit applications must receive zoning approval from the city or township where the work is located. Please submit all forms to the appropriate municipality. For a list of required information, check the frequently asked questions page. Permits can be picked up at the Cascade Inspections office located at 3040 Charlevoix Dr. SE, Ste. 175.  Office hours are from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday -  Thursday, 7:00 am - 1:00 pm Friday.
